Please allow me to introduce our company, Madden Phillips Construction, Inc.

We specialize in utility, earthwork, and site development work. The company owners, Steve Madden and John Phillips are actively involved in all phases of the day to day operations. The company’s goal is to exceed the customer’s expectations.

We always strive to develop lasting relationships with our customers. We are currently licensed in the state of Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas. Our current Tennessee Contractor’s License includes for the following categories: HRA-A,B,C,D,E MU-A(2,3,4),D,C.

The company’s goal is to exceed the customer’s expectations.

We have been operating with a municipal utility, highway, and airport construction license in the state of Tennessee since September 1999.

During this time, we have successfully completed hundreds of projects involving

Madden Phillips Construction owns over 25 pieces of heavy construction equipment. We have the ability to supplement our equipment requirements through various local vendors. Our office is staffed with a full-time estimator which assist field personnel with daily vendor and subcontractor activities.
